Ony M. Chinedu is a seasoned General Manager, academic, and executive leader with a distinguished track record of driving commercial success across global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) markets and the pan-African agribusiness ecosystem. He currently serves as the Executive Director and Board Chair of African Food Changemakers (AFC), an agribusiness accelerator that equips entrepreneurs across Africa to scale resilient, investment-ready agrifood enterprises.

Ony’s corporate career spans over a decade of leadership in brand management, marketing, and supply chain strategy for major consumer packaged goods (CPG) giants and retailers, including General Mills, Danone North America, Campbell’s, and Target. An entrepreneur at heart, he is the co-owner of Food Basket (an Afro-centric packaged foods venture), Premier Brand Advisory (an integrated marketing and supply chain advisory firm), and the founder of Good Soul Tigernuts, a social impact business that integrates small-scale African farmers into global supply chains.

Beyond enterprise building, Ony bridges industry execution with academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at Washington University’s Olin Business School, where he developed and teaches the Africa Business Landscape curriculum.
